as you all should be aware by now Radio Tircoed will NOT be going "full time" on december 1st this decision was not taken lighty, by bob,hywel or myself. as deputy station manager i feel so sad that this has had to happen but at the end of the day we will be live in june(if i have my way sooner!) so what went wrong? money...lack of simple as that
i must take my hat off to hywel the man has pulled out all the stops to get as many people to advertise as possible but at the end of the day we need to apply for more grants i'm sure you all understand the pain and heartache that we have had to reach this point.
